Unlike all our competitors, we will accept returns from the above designer collections and we will not charge any restocking fees! We do not issue direct refunds. The cost of re-shipping the exchange to you is free to United States customers. International/APO customers will pay the shipping cost to send the exchange.
If you are unhappy with the item(s) from the above designers, we will exchange the item(s) or give you store credit when returned and received at our Return Center location within 30 days from the day you received your order. There is a limit of one exchange or one store credit per order. Exchange and store credit purchases cannot be returned. If an item does not fit, you can exchange it or receive store credit. The size charts are for reference only. If you have questions or uncertainty as to what size to order, please call us toll free at 866-595-7848 for a sizing consultation before ordering.
Any items Returned/Exchanged must include the attached original tags, hangers, dust-sleeve and packaging - and must be in new, un-worn condition. Items returned that smell of perfume, smoke, etc will not qualify and will be sent back. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges of returned item.
We inspect all items for defects before shipping. In the event you receive an item with an undetected defect, we will exchange the item with the exact same style, color, and size.
Jewelry can not be returned.
All wholesale/bulk orders are final and can not be returned or exchanged.
Return & Exchange Procedure
To return an order simply fill out the Return/Exchange Form that was included in your shipment. Return the item(s) to the address on the Return/Exchange form in their original condition with tags attached for an exchange or store credit. There is a limit of one exchange or one store credit per order. Exchanges can not be returned again.
Types Of Exchanges:
1) Quick Exchange(Immediate shipping)
For the Quick Exchange option in your Return/Exchange form(included in your order), please reorder the new item on our website immediately so we can send it out the same business day! The exchanged item(s) will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 15 days after arrival at our location. We will send a confirmation email to the email address on your account. Shipping is non refundable
2) 15 Day Exchange (Approximate 15 day process from when we receive your return)
For a 21 day exchange, call us at (213)-744-0754 to receive a unique hold # and Return Authorization #. Then fill out the Return/Exchange Form that was included in your shipment. Your item(s) will be on hold and sent to you after arrival of the returned item(s) at our location. Limit of one On Hold Exchange or store credit per order. Shipping is free for On Hold Exchanges to United States customers. International and APO customers will be charged UPS real time rates for shipping On Hold Exchanges. There is a limit of one exchange or one store credit per order. Item(s) with hold#'s will be held for a maximum of 14 days. If your return is not received at our return center within 14 days of the hold# being issued, the item(s) will be put back on the racks. Exchange and store credit purchases cannot be returned.
Store Credit will be issued in your name for the dollar amount of the items you sent back. You may redeem your store credit whenever you want. It lasts forever! Simply send your item(s) to the address on the Return/Exchange form that was shipped with your order. Please allow up to 14 days after arrival at our location for your return, even exchange, or store credit to be processed. The fastest way of doing an exchange is by placing a new order. The new order will be shipped the same business day.
