Women's Collection
Women's Suits, Dresses, And Hats (Ordered within the 50 United States)
Donna Vinci, Lisa Rene, DVC Exclusive,Dorinda Clark Cole, Vinci Couture, DONNA by Donna Vinci, DV Jeans, Geraldine Fay, and LAX suits, dresses, and hats ordered within the United States can be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit. If you are unhappy with the item(s), we will take back or exchange the item(s) when returned and received at our Return Center location within 30 days from the day you received your order. There is a limit of one exchange or one store credit per order. Exchange and store credit purchases cannot be returned.
International and APO/Military Orders
International and APO/Military customers can return Donna Vinci, Lisa Rene, DVC Exclusive, and LAX orders for an exchange or store credit. Please see other designers Return Policies. No Refunds an any International Orders.
Men's Collection
Men's Suits (Ordered within the 50 United States)
Designers Baroni Uomo, Denzel Classic, and Demantie suits and sports coats ordered within the United States can be returned for an exchange or store credit when returned and received at our Return Center location with 30 days from the day you received your order. There is a limit of one exchange or one store credit per order. Exchange and store credit purchases cannot be returned. Men's suits NOT from Baroni Uomo, Denzel Classic, and Demantie can not be returned.
Boy's Suits
Boy's suits can be returned for an exchange or store credit when returned and received at our Return Center location within 30 days from the day you received your order. There is a limit of one exchange or one store credit per order. Exchange and store credit purchases cannot be returned.
International and APO/Military Orders
International and APO/Military customers can return Baroni Uomo, Denzel Classic, and Demantie, orders for an exchange or store credit.
Wholesale Orders
All wholesale Orders are final and can not be returned or exchanged.
Easy Return & Exchange Procedure
To return an order simply call us at (213)-744-0754 to receive a Return Authorization Number. Then fill out the Return/Exchange Form that was included in the your shipment. Return the item(s) to the address on the Return/Exchange form in their original condition with tags attached for a refund, exchange, or store credit. All items returned for a refund without an exchange or store credit will include a 10 % restocking fee. There is a limit of one exchange or one store credit per order. Exchange and store credit purchases cannot be returned.
Types Of Exchanges:
1) Quick Exchange(Immediate shipping)
For the Quick Exchange option in your Return/Exchange form(included in your order), please reorder the new item on our website immediately so we can send it out the same business day! The exchanged item(s) will be credited within 21 days after arrival at our location. Shipping is non refundable
2) 21 Day Exchange (Approximately 21 day process from when we receive your return)
For a 21 day exchange, call us at (213)-744-0754 to receive a unique hold # and Return Authorization #. Then fill out the Return/Exchange Form that was included in the your shipment. Your item(s) will be on hold and then sent to you after arrival of the returned item(s) at our location. Limit of one On Hold Exchange or store credit per order. Shipping is free for On Hold Exchanges to United States customers. International and APO customers will be charged UPS real time rates for shipping On Hold Exchanges. There is a limit of one exchange or one store credit per order. Item(s) with hold#'s will be held for a maximum of 30 days. If your return is not received at our return center within 30 days of the hold# being issued, the item(s) will be put back on the racks. Exchange and store credit purchases cannot be returned.
Store Credit
Store Credit will be issued in your name for the dollar amount of the items you sent back. You may redeem your store credit within 1 year from the date of your purchase.
Simply send your item(s) to the address on the Return/Exchange form that was shipped with your order.
Please allow up to 21 days after arrival at our location for your return, even exchange, or store credit to be processed. The fastest way of doing an exchange is by placing a new order. The new order will be shipped the same business day!
