How long will it take to receive my order?
The length of time it takes to
receive your order depends on the method of shipment and where the shipment
is going. Credit card orders placed before 4:00pm East Coast Time or 1:00pm West Coast Time will be shipped out that same day! All UPS Ground orders being shipped to the Continental U.S. will take only 2-6 business days to reach its destination.

Designers, Donna Vinci, Lisa Rene, and DVC Exclusive suits, dresses,
and purses ordered within the United
States can be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit. If you
are unhappy with the item(s), we will take back or exchange the item(s)
when returned within 30 days from the day you received it. There is a
limit of one exchange or one store credit per order. Exchange and store
credit purchases cannot be returned.
Designer Night Couture suit and dress orders can be returned for
an exchange or store credit within 15 days from the day you received it.
Women's Jackets
Women's luxury jackets from Lady Muse can be returned for an exchange
or store credit within 15
days from the day you received it. There is a limit of one exchange or
one store credit per order. Exchange and store credit purchases cannot
be returned.
Designer jacket orders from USA Leather and Guess are final and
can not be returned or exchanged.

Boy's suits can be returned for an exchange or store credit within 15

International and APO/Military Orders
International and APO/Military customers can return Baroni
Uomo, Denzel Classic, and Demantie, orders for an exchange
or store credit.

Return/Exchange Procedure

| To return an order simply call us at (213)-744-0754 to receive a Return
Authorization Number. Then fill out the Return/Exchange Form that was included
in the your shipment. Return the item(s) to the address on the Return/Exchange
form in their original condition with tags attached for a refund, exchange,
or store credit. All items returned for a refund without an exchange or
store credit will include a 10% restocking fee. There is a limit of one
exchange or one store credit per order. Exchange and store credit purchases
cannot be returned. |

| For the Quick Exchange option in your Return/Exchange
form(included in your order), please reorder the new item on our website
immediately so we can send it out the same business day! The exchanged item(s)
will be credited within 21 days after arrival at our location. Shipping
is non refundable. |

we receive your return) |
| For a 21 day exchange, call us at (213)-744-0754 to
receive a unique hold # and Return Authorization #. Then fill out
the Return/Exchange Form that was included in the your shipment. Your item(s)
will be on hold and then sent to you within 21 days after arrival of the
returned item(s) at our location. Limit of one On Hold Exchange or store
credit per order. Shipping is free for On Hold Exchanges to United
States customers. International and APO customers will be charged $25 (for
unlimited items) for shipping On Hold Exchanges. There is a limit of one
exchange or one store credit per order. Exchange and store credit purchases
cannot be returned. |
